  • Open Travel Guide Shop (shop.opentravelguide.com) sells digital travel products including guides, itineraries, hidden gem collections, planners, and bundles.
  • Products are delivered as digital downloads (PDF format) via time-limited download links sent to your email and available in your account order history.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at contact@opentravelguide.com.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Purchases and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD).
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
  • By placing an order, you agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase.
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive download links via email and in your account's order history.
  • Download links are generated on demand and may expire after a period of time. You can generate new download links at any time by visiting your order history while logged in.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our Sites — including text, images, graphics, logos, page designs, and digital products — is the property of Open Travel Guide or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
