2. Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • Refunds are available for all product types, including guides, itineraries, hidden gem collections, planners, and bundles.
  • There is no limit on the number of products eligible for refund in a single order.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to admin@opentravelguide.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
  3. No reason is required, though feedback is always appreciated and helps us improve our products.

4. Processing

  • Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your download access for the refunded product(s) will be revoked. If you downloaded files before the refund was issued, we ask that you delete them in good faith.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abusive — for example, repeated purchases and refunds of the same product, or patterns of behavior that suggest the refund policy is being exploited.
